The Gilman Wine Block

Donkey & Goat arrived in 2011 & more importantly, Orton Development arrived in 2009, to transform the district with their redevelopment of the historic Flint Ink Factory, that operated on two city blocks from 1906-1978. Donkey & Goat Winery was the first winery on the block in 2011 and the first tenant in the 1330 & 1340 spaces since Flint.
