My Work Experience

I am a Woman Pioneering Entrepreneur and Winemaker with 20 years experience in regenerative farming, manufacturing, supply chain, B2C and B2B Sales and Marketing, with a focus around Narrative Storytelling for Ecological Communication and Community Building.

 

I hope to leverage my decades of focusing on regenerative practices and continue working to support the Natural World, but going forward do not expect to be making wine. Rather, I hope to focus on Ecological Communication that fosters unimaginable possibilities, including a Natural World Revolution.

To examine my 19 years of making over 380 unique wines (SKUS), resulting in over
1 million bottles, that generated over $16M in revenue, reaching more than 100K
customers around the globe, I divided my experience into four ERAS.  In addition to
making wine, a company, a brand and community, I made and grew two humans

In 19 years we never hired a PR Firm due to budget and belief that the relationships with the humans were paramount and our results would be superior with direct relations between those writing the stories and those the stories were about. I am enormously proud of the press garnered in 19 years while I was leading Donkey & Goat Winery.
